Wedding Package

Our “Wedding Package” is a personalized package designed specifically to cater to your special event.

 

SIZE LIMITATIONS

Due to the size of our property, please note the following limitations:

  • For overnight accommodations, we have 26 guest rooms
  • For dining, our maximum occupancy is 100 guests, 36 in dining room
  • For receptions, our maximum occupancy is 200 guests

 

BASIC CHARGES

All wedding events will be charged a facility fee and will be required to take at least 15 guest rooms.

  • Facility Charge (per 24 hour period; tax included) $5,000.00
  • Guest rooms (+ tax) $ 125.00 single occupancy
  • Each additional guest in a room $ 45.00 per person

 

GUEST ROOMS

We are not a private hotel, therefore, we do not take individual reservations. The contracting party would be responsible for compiling a guest list and providing it to Star Brand Ranch Executive Retreat at least one week prior to the event.

  • We have 26 guest rooms, three (3) of which are handicap accessible.  Two of the handicap accessible rooms have a single King sized bed, the remaining rooms have two double beds.

 

MEALS

Meals can be customized from our menu selections or can be catered by an outside caterer

  • Our meal prices are as follows: (+ tax)
    • Continuous Beverage Service $110.00 (per person per 24 hour period during normal serving hours. See Special Restrictions for Alcoholic Beverages)
    • Continental Breakfast $ 11.00 per person
    • Full Breakfast $ 16.50 per person
    • Brunch $ 22.00 per person
    • Lunch $ 27.50 per person
    • Dinner w/Appetizers $ 55.00 per person
    • Minimum of 15 guests for meals

 

RECREATION

The wedding party will have access to the following recreational activities:

  • Tennis
  • Basketball
  • Swimming Pool
  • Volleyball
  • Bocce ball
  • Horseshoes
  • Pool table
  • Table tennis
  • Poker chips and playing cards
  • Board games
  • Large screen TV, VCR, DVD, CD cassette stereo
  • Mountain bikes
  • Private roads for jogging, hiking and biking
  • Exercise room
  • Sauna

 

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, please note the following:

  • According to TABC laws, you cannot provide your own alcohol. You must purchase it from our private club and adhere to our serving hours, rules and applicable laws
    • The Club closes at 12:00 AM Sunday through Friday, and at 1:00 AM on Saturday
    • Drink prices are as follows:
    • Beer $ 1.75 each
    • Wine $ 3.00 per glass
    • Mixed Drinks $ 4.00 each
  • Package Bar Pricing, by the hour:
    • One hour = $16.50 per person
    • Two hours = $22.00 per person
    • Three hours = $25.50 per person
    • Four hours = $ 27.50 per person
  • NO CASH BARS – If you want to have a cash bar, you will be responsible for selling tickets and our staff will accept different colored tickets for different types of drinks, your drinks would then be billed on your master bill at our per drink rates.

 

BILLING

  • You will be required to make a deposit in the amount of $5,000.00 at the time of signing your contract.
  • The master bill will be a single bill sent to the contracting party. Any splitting of the bill must be done by the individuals involved with the wedding party.
