Chef Billy Langwell joined the Star Brand family in 2013 after working at Del Frisco’s in Dallas and operating his own restaurant Koffee Kake for eight years in Terrell. While in Terrell, Billy was named “Best Chef” by the Terrell Tribune in 2011 and has won numerous awards from the Taste of Terrell, including Best of Show and the People’s Choice Award two years in a row. Chef Billy credits his love of cooking to his mother and father and of course the incredible lessons and generations-old family recipes passed down by his grandmother. Chef Billy is assisted by Sous Chef Shara Myers who joined the culinary team in 2014.
Star Brand’s dedicated chef, Billy Langwell, infuses these heirloom recipes with fresh seasonal ingredients and inventive hand-made touches and provides a warm and inviting presence to our guests, happily explaining each dish and the thought and care that went into its preparation.
All dinners include wine and beer table service, and our complete executive package includes a full open bar with specialty cocktails throughout the evening.
